2027 TOUR DE FRANCE IN LES SAISIES
Setting off from Cluses, in Haute-Savoie, the riders will set out to conquer the Alps on their way to Les Saisies, in Savoie, with a brand-new finish at the Col des Saisies, at an altitude of 1,650 metres.
On the programme for this mountain stage: 150 km and 4,750 metres of elevation gain for the professionals, featuring a succession of legendary passes, from the Col de la Colombière to the Col du Pré, via the Aravis and the Beaufortain. The finale promises to be spectacular, featuring the gruelling climb up Bisanne – classified as hors catégorie – before crossing the finish line in Les Saisies.
This exceptional route will also be open to amateur cyclists a few days earlier, on 11 July 2027, as part of L’Étape du Tour.
So mark your calendars for Sunday 11 July 2027 for L’Étape du Tour, followed by Wednesday 14 July 2027 for the arrival of the professional riders of the Tour de France, as part of the 114th edition of the Grande Boucle.
Although the Tour de France has already passed through Les Saisies on 14 occasions, the resort has never before hosted a stage finish. This historic first will make the summer of 2027 an exceptional event for the Savoyard resort and all cycling enthusiasts!
