How to make profit from my rental holiday property?
Small tips for better rent: If you plan to use your apartment or cottage personally, try not to book school holidays which are the most profitable weeks, otherwise we will have more difficulties to rent only in off-peaks periods. Plan to renew equipment (bedding, appliances, ..) at regular intervals: a well-equipped apartment is better rented.
How can I follow booking of my rental?
